Logistic supervisor - Linehaul, SPX Express (Gambang, Pahang)

Job DescriptionPlan and coordinate inbound (transfer from other sortation facilities and outbound of parcels, arrival & departure time of linehaul vehicles, utilizing truck capacity, route planning for drivers to meet improve ADT (Average Delivery Time) KPIManage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOPExecute linehaul plans according to the set schedules and maximize capacity to ensure all deliveries are fast and on time according to the set service-level agreement (SLA)Manage all vendors drivers and in source drivers according to set key performance indicators (KPI)Develops ad-hoc plans to support peak volume like pay day or campaign dayInvolved in investigation of linehaul delays, or accidents as well as develops contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an enroute breakdown or accidentManage and lead bay coordinator to monitor truck loading efficiency and complianceCoordinate with sortation facilities to ensure sufficient manpower for linehaul loading according to linehaul scheduleUnderstand the sorting process and pattern for better linehaul schedule planningRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred3-5 years of working experience in linehaul field or logistic transportationExperience in transport, supply chain and logistics managementEffective organizational, planning and prioritization skillsDemonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilitiesWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsQuick learning, adaptive and flexibleCommitted, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievementLike challenging goals and dynamic yet fun working environmentWorking pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 working days)Working location: 26200 Gambang, Pahang
