Job Description

Celtic Careers has a great opportunity for a Logistics Administrator, someone with freight forwarding experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and ensuring invoices and rate structures are accurate. You’ll play a key role in managing logistics rates, validating freight invoices, and supporting reporting and automation initiatives. About the role: Maintain and improve standard processes and SOPsAnalyse supplier quotations and maintain pricing for transport and contract logistics servicesMonitor supplier rate agreements and keep records up to dateReview and validate invoices, resolve discrepancies with providersEnsure monthly invoices are received on timeBuild and maintain KPI dashboards and reports with managementPerform ad-hoc data analysis and support automation projectsProvide regular progress updates to stakeholdersRequirements:Education Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred, with relevant industry experience.Experience in freight forwarding and logistics operationsSolid analytical and problem-solving abilityStrong attention to detailGood communication and collaboration skillsStrong Excel skills, SAP experience (S/4HANA Experience working with external freight invoice auditing companiesFluent English (spoken and written)Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting toolsIf you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.Celtic Careers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.By submitting your CV or personal details, you are providing Celtic Careers consent to process your personal data.
