Logistics Analyst 3

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Fulfillment Analyst to support the rapid growth and complexity of our hyperscale data center site operations. This role is responsible for the end-to-end backlog, inventory and logistics processes to ensure timely material availability at sites and is key to delivering on project timelines.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Take full ownership of shipping, transportation, delivery coordination, and logistics reporting for data center operations.Coordinate with site management, technical program managers, carriers, final mile providers, suppliers, and manufacturing sites to optimize and expedite movement of various types of material moves.Support daily tracking and status updates for all material deliveries, including warroom hot list items and in-transit reporting.Analyze and improve logistics processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and enhance visibility.Provide documentation and performance metrics to ensure clear accountability for logistics support.Respond quickly to escalations and support time-sensitive requirements aligning with OCI project schedules.Ensure compliance with corporate, supplier, and regulatory requirements for logistics and material handling.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing.Strong organizational, problem-solving, data analytics and multitasking skills.Excellent communicator and collaborator with internal and external partners.Able to travel to data center sites and respond to escalations within EMEA and potentially JAPAC time zones.Preferred:Experience supporting new site launches or expansions.Familiarity with Oracle systems and logistics platforms.Background in process optimization or continuous improvement.Business Impact:This role is crucial to support site setup and expansions, helping maintain on-time material delivery and efficient project execution.
