As our new Logistics Assistant, you'll help power a seamless global supply chain-coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time.If you're organized, proactive, and ready to grow with a team leading the way in cannabis innovation, we want to hear from you.About the Role:As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across logistics and supply chain activities. You will play a crucial part in the team, ensuring accurate documentation, effective shipment coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.Duties will include, but not be limited to:Coordinating daily shipment operations, including booking transport, preparing documentation, and tracking deliveries. Maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records in ERP systems and internal trackers. Supporting warehouse and transport coordination. Liaising with transport providers, warehouse staff, and customer service to ensure timely and complete dispatches. Preparing transport and delivery documentation (CMRs, packing lists, invoices, etc.). Assisting in logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and process documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and transport regulations. About You:This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
