ABOUT YOUWith 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics Management or a similar field preferred.Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.Outstanding English communication skills.Those with experience in large company headquarters are preferred.Strong self-motivation, able to learn independently in addition to completing own work, and share team work independently.Good English expression skills.Have experience in team management or successful experience in independently organizing activities.Those with outstanding form skills or PPT skills will be given priority in admission.Able to withstand pressure and work overtime.Stable work experience and significant work achievements in past jobs.ABOUT THE ROLEAnalyze the indicators for which you are responsible daily, guide agency areas and outlets to find corresponding problem points, and coordinate with other departments to promote the achievements of your indicators.Correction and improvement of the standard operating procedures for receiving, dispatching, shipping, and problematic items.Optimizing the system monitoring logic by analyzing abnormal data and indicator data in each link.Organizing training meetings for the agent area from time to time, through daily monitoring, summarizing, and outputting cases to urge the agency area to improve.Develop assessment policies for modules.Visit agency area branches from time to time to identify problems and come up with case manual.
