Logistics Associate (Quality Team)

The Logistics Associate (Quality Team) plays a key role in ensuring that all freight, inventory, and materials moving through the logistics network meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards. This role is responsible for validating inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting freight condition, supporting inventory control, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, carrier standards, and internal SOPs. The associate works closely with warehouse operations, transportation teams, and quality staff to maintain efficient, error-free logistics processes.Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound materials, including visual inspections, label verification, and quantity confirmation.Document and report any damages, discrepancies, or non-conforming materials to the Quality and Logistics teams.Help investigate root causes for inventory discrepancies related to mis-labeling, mis-picks, damages, or scanning errors.Ensure all freight complies with customer SLAs, carrier requirements, and company SOPs.Experience in Microsoft Excel (VLOOK-UP, PIVOT TABLE and other formulas)
