Responsibilities:We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to support our team with SAP/ERP data input and management, along with various operational tasks in our warehouse facility. This role will provide valuable experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. SAP/ERP Data Entry and Management:Input, update, and maintain data in the SAP/ERP system related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operationsEnsure accuracy of data and make necessary adjustments to align with operational changesGenerate reports from the SAP/ERP system to support warehouse operations Paperwork Verification:Verify all incoming and outgoing paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracyMaintain organized records of bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documentation Monthly Inventory and Invoicing:Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts and reconciliationsSupport the finance department by helping to compile monthly invoices based on inventory and shipment data Clerical and Administrative Support:Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documentsSupport the warehouse team with various administrative tasks as needed Additional Responsibilities:Assist in other tasks as required by warehouse operations, including helping with special projects or urgent operational needsRequirementsRequired Degree: High school diploma extensive experience or higher degree requiredRequired Experience: 1+ years of working experience in 3PL/Plant warehousing operation or similar functionProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions to ensure operational continuityAbility to Travel: up to 10 % in U.SWork Location: Dalton, GA (Onsite)300 Nexus Dr, Dalton, GA 30721 (Onsite) or310 Nexus Dr, Dalton, GA 30721 (Onsite) or3551 Corporate Dr, Dalton, GA 30721 (Onsite)Work Hours: Swing Shift, 8 am : 8 pm (Day Shift) or 8 pm : 8 am (Night Shift)This position is primarily based in a 24/7 manufacturing facility and may require changing shiftsThis role may involve working outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines or address operational issuesBenefitsBenefits & PerksWe believe that when you thrive, we all succeed.
