To do that, we are depending on close cooperation with our freight forwarder, our internal- and external supply base organizations and to keep our warehouses in good shape.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport internal customers in Odfjell Drilling and perform tasks in accordance with company requirements and proceduresEstablish and develop system and procedures for handling major spares /capital sparesOptimize use of warehouse and external equipment storageSupport inventory management, Supply Base operations, WarehousesSupport and ensure alignment with OD’s strategic objectivesContribute to continuous improvement in the supply chains in operationKeep management informed of the status, plans, development and trendsHave knowledge of the system applications that are used in the Company and ensure control improvement work related to theseSupervise personnel hired or employed by OD for tasks/duties in the warehouseResponsible for the Customs Office and ensure that the customs accounting is kept updatedEnsure that our packing routines are according to ON-091Ensure that the goods received is registered in Odfjell Drillings ERP systemsKnowledge, Skills & QualificationsThe role will require applicants to be educated to an Upper secondary school and a Certificate of apprenticeshipRelevant experience may compensate for formal educationExperience with onshore /offshore supply chain logisticsExperience from modu onshore operationsGood IT skills on ERP systems and Microsoft tools.
