I.           Warehouse Control & Analysis· Inventory Accuracy: Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems· Performance Analysis & KPI Utilization (Perfect Analysis)· KPI Development & Monitoring: Define, track, and regularly report on crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Reporting and Insight: Analyze KPI data to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes of issues, presenting clear, actionable insights to management.II.           Procurement, Logistics, Import/Export & Shipping· Contract Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies, budget constraints, and legal requirements.· Cost Optimization: Conduct market analysis and negotiate terms to achieve optimal purchasing value and identify continuous cost-saving opportunities.· Freight and Shipping: Coordinate all import and export freight movements, ensuring complete compliance with international customs regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, duties, tariffs) and required documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices).· Carrier Management: Select and manage freight forwarders and carriers, negotiating favorable rates and service agreements to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of goods.· Shipment Tracking: Proactively track and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, quickly resolving any transit issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSMinimum bachelor degree preferably in supply chain management Minimum five (5) years of experience in a combined Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Purchasing role.Demonstrable expertise in coordinating international import/export freight shipping, customs procedures, and trade compliance.Strong practical experience with warehouse control and inventory management systems.Proven ability to conduct perfect analysis and leverage KPIs to measure, report, and improve operational performance.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Perect use of Excel and ERP
