Finance Manager – Accounting (Oman) Digitiz& is supporting one of its clients in Oman to recruit for this role.Digitiz& is assisting a client in hiring a Finance Manager to oversee financial and accounting operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and full compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.Purpose of the Role The Finance Manager will lead end-to-end accounting processes, supervise financial reporting, and ensure timely execution of all key financial activities. The position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to support business decisions with accurate financial insights.Education and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProfessional accounting qualification such as ACA, CPA, CMA, or CA is requiredCertification in IFRS/IAS is preferredExperience and Skills RequiredA minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including at least five years in a similar roleExperience in the logistics sector is preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practicesFamiliarity with accounting systems and financial controlsStrong understanding of laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsSolid bookkeeping, reporting, and analytical skills
