Job Description

Professional Background: Real estate professional with a background in management consulting, specializing in valuation, market research, and feasibility consulting.Experience: 2-4years of relevant experience, with RICS or similar qualifications preferred.• Key Responsibilities:Ø Develop single-asset or mixed-use portfolios and utilize dynamic real estate statistical data to create discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation models, incorporating leasing/sales rates, construction costs, and other relevant metrics.Ø Conduct financial analyses to determine project feasibility, including IRR, NPV, and WACC assessments over a projected 10-15-year period.Ø Perform sensitivity and scenario-based analyses to evaluate potential investment returns.Ø Continuously update and enhance databases to analyze outcomes and provide actionable market insights.Ø Lead data research efforts in close collaboration with clients and colleagues to meet project requirements.Ø Conduct in-depth data analyses using both traditional and advanced methodologies.Ø Develop and deliver proposals, reports, and presentations.Ø Travel to other cities as necessary for market research and advisory engagements.Ø Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis and the timeliness of deliverables.Ø Collaborate with property management, agency, valuation, and other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the property market.Ø Uphold the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times.Ø Maintain an in-depth understanding of real estate regulations and relevant legal issues in Oman.Ø Liaise with local and international clients, as well as Oman authorities.Ø Develop economic, strategic, and forecasting models and research tools to support and sustain Hamptons’ leading market position in Research and Consultancy.Ø Undertake other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.Requirements:Education·        Any relevant degree is desired but not compulsory.  Other skillsTechnical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365, with strong capabilities in structuring Excel-based DCF and valuation models.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.IT Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing IT resources, including databases and spreadsheets, for the efficient collection and management of information.Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Experience·        Minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. Key characteristicsFinancial Acumen: Strong understanding and capability in conducting financial analysis.Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a results-driven approach.Modelling Skills: Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative modeling.Analytical & Writing Proficiency: Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with strong report writing skills.Client Care: Thorough understanding of the principles and practices of client care.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.Personal Attributes: Driven, competent, flexible, with a strong willingness to learn.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.Literacy: Proficient in writing reports and presentations.Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure.Creativity & Initiative: Creative, imaginative, and proactive in using initiative.Teamwork & Problem-Solving: Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Business Acumen: Good business awareness and a solid understanding of current affairs. Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting a detailed CV to hr@hamptons.om.
