Logistics Executive (Import Focus)

At Skechers Vietnam, we bring this international standard to a dynamic, fast-growing market, offering you the chance to thrive in a professional and energetic environment.CORE DUTIESThis role will take ownership of the end-to-end import process, including customs clearance, while coordinating inbound and return shipments with 3PL partners and internal teams, and ensuring full compliance through accurate cost and timeline tracking.WHAT YOU WILL DOEnd to end process of importing shipment (70%)- Review and verify draft documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (if applicable), and HS code against the Order file.- Ensure factories comply with packing and labelling instructions.- Select the most suitable sailing schedule and consolidate shipment in the best manner- Monitor the shipment process from ETD until arrival at Skechers’ warehouse( including handling Arrival Notices, submitting customs clearance to the Finance team, and providing ETA updates)- Coordinate with the customs broker for declarations.- Process and apply duty tax.- Arrange and declare goods insurance with the vendor.- Work with inspection agencies to obtain Conformity Certification.- Consolidate all shipping costs related to each shipment.- Update the inbound plan and shipping cost to the team weekly and provide timely updates if there are changes.- Report shipping costs, VAT invoices, and commission fees to the Finance team monthly.- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and flag potential risks.Inbound & Return Management (30%)- Coordinate with internal departments and 3PL to schedule Inbound and return receiving to as per 3PL KPI and ensure 3PL met Skechers business goal. - Monitor and manage Inbound warehouse capacity to ensure Inbound lead-time- Oversee the receiving process, ensure accurate documentation and quality checks.- Initiate action plan within area of responsibility and handle all activities related to Inbound- Coordinate with finance team on cargo damage and short receiving shipment- Owner of quarterly defective report (liaise with US/HQ/factories)- Perform System warehouse received and transfer order (WR & TO) for Imported and return orders- Produce & maintain up to date tracking reports (Inbound & Return receiving), providing full visibility to all stakeholders.- Other tasks as assignedWHAT YOUR PROFILE NEEDS- Have 3 years of experiences in Logistics in Apparel & Footwear- Detailed, meticulous, devoted attitude & proactive- Strong and effective communication skills,, both Vietnamese and English- Able to work under pressure and to manage a big flow of information- Knowledge of U-turn shipment, BW shipment and Customs regulation- Intermediate level in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point…)WHAT SKECHERS OFFERS YOU- Competitive salary- 2 months probation with 100% of gross salary and SMUI- 13th month salary and yearly bonus- Full benefit package applied according to current Labor law- Professional and dynamic working environment in international company- Healthcare insurance package and annual health check- Internal employees with 50% discount of Skechers brandWorking day: Mon - Fri (5 days/week) | From 9am - 6pmLocation: Saigon Trade Tower, Sai Gon Ward, HCMCIf the “Apply now” button is no longer available, please send your CV directly to thuhang.nguyen@skechersvn.vn so we don’t miss your application.
