Job Posting: Logistics Manager / Aspropyrgos – Warehouse Role: Harlas International Transport S.A. is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to process optimization, ensure quality standards, and support team development, aiming for effective customer service and adherence to the company’s high standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipments)Ensure efficient use of space and maintain order and cleanlinessManage and control inventory using data storage systemsLead and develop the logistics and warehouse teamImplement and uphold health and safety standards, including staff trainingCoordinate all transportation activities, schedule routes, and manage deliveriesCollaborate with suppliers, customers, and transport companies for timely and cost-effective distribution of goodsResolve quality issues or delaysPrepare and maintain accurate reports on logistics and warehouse operationsManage special transports, imports-exports, ship spares, and military equipment, with emphasis on safety and compliance with international regulationsApply procedures for labeling, packaging, sorting, and counting goods, with repeated checks during packing and order preparationCommunicate with customers and suppliers for issuing invoices, packing lists, and managing collectionsParticipate in space rental processes, technical inspections, and insurance coverage, in collaboration with other stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse managementDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (considered an asset)Ability to organize and manage multiple tasksLeadership and organizational skillsExcellent knowledge of logistics/warehouse software and MS OfficeExcellent command of the English language (Proficiency)Problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of safety regulations and best practicesCommunication and interpersonal skillsCost management skillsExperience in international transport and customs procedures (will be considered an additional asset)Benefits:Competitive compensation packagePrivate health insurance plan.Continuous training and career development prospects in a rapidly growing organizationCollaborative and inclusive work environmentSend your CV to quality@harlas.gr
