Focusing on design, craftsmanship, and tailor-made imaginative commercial communities to thrive.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer in Athens. job description • Costing and preparation of financial and technical offers for new projects’ bidding• Organization and coordination of technical (studies, construction details, etc.) and financial issues of the project in collaboration with the project construction team.• Preparation of preliminary measurements for the construction work of the project• Maintenance and expansion of the project quality program & support of market research.• Coordination and monitoring of the contractual obligations of partners and involved parties (designers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)• Preparation and monitoring of supplier and subcontractor contracts of the subject matter• Preparation of subcontractor certifications• Collection of data for the preparation of as-built project register plans as well as schedule revisions.• Daily maintenance of the project calendar and fileQualificationsMechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering5 years of experience on a construction site ideally in residential and hotel projectsGood knowlegde of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)Proficiency in English Experience in Project ManagementResearch and Development expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Please sent your cv to hr@blend-development.gr
