Purpose of the JobNETISMA is looking for a Logistics Manager (M/F) based in Casablanca (Morocco).The Logistics Manager is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end supply chain of technical equipment, network components, and related materials essential to service deployment and operations.He/She oversees the planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of our assets—ensuring that installations, maintenance, and network expansions are supported by timely and cost-effective logistics solutions. The role includes supplier coordination, inventory control, customs compliance, and the continuous improvement of logistics processes to support operational efficiency and service quality.The role requires occasional travel.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the management and holding of the Netis Holding warehouseSupervise subsidiaries’ warehouses to ensure stock good management and the availability of products,Control the flow of goods while respecting the deadlines imposed by the operations and the external customerEnsure that goods and products are delivered on timeSupervise and ensure the proper management of in and out on the system (SAP) at the subsidiary level.Manage international logistics from the factory exit to the delivery to the Togo warehouse and/or subsidiaries and/or customers.Selection and coordination with a logistics company for sea/air/land transport, control and reduce transport costs by finding the best price possible with the efficient distribution channel while respecting operational deadlines or deadlines required by external clientsEstablish, send and track shipping documents: ensure that shipping documents are in line with local customs regulations in the recipient's countryRespect the quality standards: make sure that the goods are not damaged during transport and check that each flow complies with the company's quality approach.Implement and harmonize the logistic procedure as well as stock management at group levelEnsure a detailed tracking of international shipments and set up a follow-up of local merchandise deliveries at the subsidiary level.Creation and harmonization of Item codesImplement an internal Dashboard for global hardware inventory visibility of all subsidiaries.Skills and QualificationsMaster’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics or related field5-7 years ‘experience with minimum 2 years in similar rolePrevious exposure to the Sub-Saharan African market would be a plusFluent in French and EnglishWelling to travel time to time.At NETIS , we embrace diversity and inclusion, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
