Logistics Manager

Job Title:Logistics ManagerJob Summary:The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all logistics and supply chain operations within Teef Najd Group. This includes overseeing the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials, machinery, equipment, and finished products for all projects and departments. The role requires ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.The Logistics Manager will lead and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, transport, and project teams to maintain smooth operations and support the company’s growth and project execution goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.Plan and manage the movement of materials, equipment, and goods from suppliers to project sites and company facilities.Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse, transport, and logistics personnel.Oversee inventory control, stock management, and proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.Ensure compliance with customs, transportation, and safety regulations.Coordinate with procurement and project teams to forecast material requirements and delivery schedules.Optimize logistics costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and transport companies.Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and in good condition to project sites.Implement best practices for handling, storage, and transportation of goods to maintain quality and minimize loss or damage.Handle claims, discrepancies, and any issues related to shipments or deliveries.Support the development of logistics digitalization and tracking systems for enhanced visibility and control.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or material management, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and warehouse management.Experience in local and international shipping, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software or ERP systems.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Personal Attributes:Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.Proactive, reliable, and solution-driven.Excellent negotiation and coordination abilities.Location:Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
