Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager for its operations based in South Croydon, UK. This is a newly created role to support growing operations in the import and export of agro products. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end logistics operations, documentation, and coordination with all origin team members.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of import and export documentation related to agro productsCoordinate with shipping lines and freight forwardersLiaise with origin team members to ensure smooth cargo movementEnsure timely and accurate processing of all shipping documentationMonitor and handle logistics of truck/heavy vehicle movement related to agro shipmentsProvide support to the Director and contribute to operational logistics strategyExperience Required:5–6 years of experience in logistics managementIndustry experience in Agro Products Import and Export or Any Logistic exp.(FMCG)Familiarity with truck/heavy vehicle logistics in the agro domainHands-on experience with shipping line websites and logistics tracking toolsExperience in managing team members at the origin levelReporting To: DirectorTeam Management: Will be managing all origin logistics team membersContract Duration: 1 Year (subject to renewal)Software Requirements: No specific software required; familiarity with shipping line portals is essentialRole Type: Full-time, On-site in the UKNature of Role: New Role
