Company DescriptionCÔNG TY TNHH SOLEIL TRANSPORTATIONOffice: Vietnam, US-UK, CanadaEstablished year：2022No. of staff：30+Website：https://vn.soleiltransportation.com/Lĩnh vực hoạt động chủ yếu của Soleil Trans- Forwarding bao gồm:・Dịch vụ kho vận; đại lý vận tải quốc tế bằng đường bộ, đường biển, đường hàngkhông;dịch vụ vận chuyển đường bộ;・Cung cấp giải pháp logistics toàn diện 3PL như xuất nhập hàng, kiểm hàng,đóng gói, dán nhãn, tagging, lưu kho, vận chuyển,...・Xuất nhập khẩu đường hàng không, đường biển・Ủy thác xuất nhập khẩu quốc tếRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area.Job description:-Receive Shipping Request - S/R from Customer-Contact Carrier / FWD to arrange booking confirmation-Prepare Import- Export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Manifest,...)-Handle docs for import/export shipment-Submit Shipping Instruction – S/I to Carriers to get Master Bill of Lading; (andto Forwarders to get House B/L if shipment via Freight Forwarders)-Complete MBL, HBL and send to related parties (Customer, customs clearance, document filing)-Submit container’s SOLAS VGM to Carriers/Forwarders-Resolve all B/L-related issues (B/L correction, amendment, re-issuing B/L),related document (fumi cert / insurance cert ….)-Share pre-alert to agent at destination and follow Proof of delivery-Input buying / selling rate / complete Profit Loss report-Resolve trouble / issue regarding job's scope-Fulfil other tasks and assignments given by direct manager, local managementQualificationsFluently in EnglishAt least 1-3 year experiences in Import-Export field is priority, freight Forwarders, Ship documents.Good in MS office (specially is Excel)Experience in operations and logisticsAbility to lead and motivate a teamStrong problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented and organizedBachelor's degree in Business Administration or import-export, economics, foreign trade, and customs.
