If you're ready to tackle a multi-generational challenge with cutting-edge AI, join us.Always PAMOJA—one team, one mission.Position OverviewZOLAi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planning and Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, with a particular focus on demand planning, inventory management, and fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving efficiency and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products, particularly within the energy industry.This role offers an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself, drive results with excellence, and innovate within the confines of a fast-growing start-up organization.Responsibilities:Demand and Inventory PlanningDevelop and manage accurate demand forecasts.Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet targets and minimize costs.Lead the Demand & Supply Planning process.Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate inventory accountingFulfillment and Logistics ManagementOversee all order fulfillment activities.Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers; optimize routes and rates.Primary contact for warehouse and 3PL providers, ensuring targets are met.Manage shipping documentation and customs compliance.Implement best practices for warehouse management.Fulfillment and Logistics ManagementEngage with other teams to address departmental business performance problems, identify resolutions and make the necessary adjustments to the operating business modelCommunicate regularly with manager to provide necessary updates on departmental operationsLiaise closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance teams to coordinate / ensure supplyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Logistics, Inventory Planning, Business Administration5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or OperationsPreferred: Renewable energy, telecom, or FMCGStrong analytical skills; proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools.Excellent Chinese and English communication skillsWillingness to work across time zone to meet business needsVery adaptable to changes in plans; solution-orientedSalary: US$45,000–$55,000 yearly (equivalent in local currency)Why Join ZOLAi?Mission Driven With Global ImpactOperate at the intersection of AI, emerging market infrastructureStrategic Seat at the TableDiverse, Global TeamUnmatched Learning CurveCompetitive PackageReady to apply?We can’t wait to meet people who are passionate, driven, and inspired by what we’re building.
