We are looking for passionate professionals ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and enjoy being part of a dynamic, fun team.Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Logistics Process Engineer to oversee and execute operational network changes across a defined region in the U.S. This individual will be responsible for aligning local execution with corporate strategy, monitoring in-field operations, and ensuring timely and efficient rollout of changes. The ideal candidate is both analytically skilled and operationally grounded—capable of supporting execution while also evaluating performance, cost impact, and long-term effectiveness.RequirementsServe as the regional point-of-contact for all planned network changes and optimization effortsCoordinate on-site execution, ensuring team alignment with rollout plans, deadlines, and key performance objectivesActively monitor progress during change events, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure timely resolution of operational blockersCommunicate and escalate risks to senior stakeholders as needed to maintain execution momentumConduct cost and performance analysis before and after implementation to measure the effectiveness and ROI of changesDeliver post-mortem reports on network changes with clear insights, learnings, and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, product, engineering, vendors) to ensure seamless implementation of new network designs and city cluster modelsDrive continuous improvement by tracking metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting corrective actionsSupport documentation and reporting, including weekly execution updates and regional change impact summariesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or process implementation rolesStrong analytical and cost modeling skills; able to work with data to support decision-makingProven experience managing field-level implementation of complex operational changesComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adjusting to dynamic conditionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with city-level logistics, last-mile networks, or urban fulfillment is a plusProficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is an assetMandarin and/or Spanish language proficiency is a strong asset, especially for field coordination and communication with local teamsHands-on, execution-focused mindsetHigh attention to detail and ownership mentalityAbility to balance field operations with strategic reporting and analysisComfortable traveling within the region and being on-site as neededBenefits401K, Dental, Vision, Medical insurance, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Management training program, H1B SponsorshipSalary between $80,000 to $110,000 USD
