Supplier Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate high-quality suppliers, establishing a robust evaluation framework for tiered management and performance assessment to ensure a stable, competitive supply chain. End-to-End Procurement Execution: Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including price negotiations, contract finalization, and order fulfillment. Resolve order discrepancies and post-sales issues to guarantee timely delivery and quality compliance. Cost Optimization Strategy: Monitor market price dynamics to develop procurement strategies. Achieve annual cost reduction targets through centralized purchasing and framework agreements. Process Streamlining & Digitization: Refine procurement workflows, implement standardized procedures, and drive digital transformation of procurement systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
