As a dedicated career development platform for sustained growth, it is tailored for graduates seeking professional advancement and career achievements.【Work Location】Warehouse: 〒 279-0031, 千葉県浦安市港77-3(4F)【Job Responsibilities】1.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and drive market share growth.2.Identify and engage potential clients, assess their specific needs, and deliver customized solutions.3.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.4.Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, logistics, and customer service—to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.6.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and existing clients.7.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.8.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions within the CRM system.9.Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.【Job Requirements】1, Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; 2, Strong understanding of sales principles, client lifecycle management, and business development strategies.3, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas clearly, and resolve conflicts effectively.4, Analytical mindset to assess client needs, interpret sales metrics, and develop data-driven strategies for growth.5, Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.6, Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering solutions.7, Chinese and English language skills are a plus.
