Logistics Specialist

Job Title: Logistics Services RepresentativeJob Summary This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing import/export documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.Prepare and process import/export documents in compliance with customs regulations.Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to resolve delivery issues.Process and update sales orders and logistics data in the ERP system.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock transfers between locations.Support return, replacement, and customer logistics inquiries.Maintain accurate records for shipping documents, invoices, and delivery confirmations.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Technical Support) to ensure end-to-end operational efficiencyQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2–3 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations.Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery timelines
