Now, we are looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist to strengthen our team in Ukraine.Responsibilities / TasksMain Responsibilities:Collaborating with sales managers on logistics matters (requests, communication, consulting)Processing and verifying supplier documents (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, CMR, etc.)Preparing and submitting documentation for customs brokers, supporting customs clearanceOrganizing courier deliveries from suppliers in Europe and monitoring shipmentsCoordinating road transport deliveries from Europe with freight forwardersManaging relationships with transport, courier, and forwarding companiesCooperating with warehouse staff: customs clearance, storage, and shipments to customersHandling other logistics-related tasksYour Profile / QualificationsEducation & Experience:Higher education in Economics, Management, Logistics, or International TradeAt least 3 years’ experience as a Logistics Manager, Foreign Trade Manager, or Customs Broker(Students with strong skills and motivation will also be considered)Key Knowledge & SkillsKnowledge of Ukrainian customs legislationSolid understanding of Incoterms 2020Basics of transport logistics & cargo transportation organizationExperience with international trade and supply contractsAbility to prepare shipping documents (invoice, CMR, delivery notes)Process optimization for delivery, storage, and shipmentsCost calculation and transport planning skillsTeam player, goal- and results-orientedStrong communication & negotiation abilitiesAnalytical, responsible, and stress-resistantEager to learn, motivated, and able to multitaskHonest, punctual, and able to take responsibilityAdditional RequirementsDriver’s license (B category, preferred) with a safe driving recordEnglish proficiency: B1–B2 (Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate) – confident in written and spoken communication, including technical vocabularyPC proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access); knowledge of QDPro, MD Office; advanced Excel formulas and database handling skills are an advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a global leader in food and dairy technologyA dynamic and international environment with professional growth opportunitiesValuable experience in logistics, customs, and international tradeA supportive team and culture of continuous learningDid we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
