Logistics Specialist

Job Opportunity: Logistics Specialist Location: Bangkok, ThailandAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Bangkok. This role is responsible for managing the scheduling and movement of finished goods, optimizing transport logistics, and supporting inventory and order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery, efficient transport planning, and continuous process improvement across local and international logistics activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination Oversee daily order processing, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate with 3PL providers for truck updates and delivery schedules across local, export, and import operations.Transport Planning & Fleet Management Plan and dispatch transport routes, select appropriate truck types, and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.Inventory & Capacity Management Support inventory reporting and long-range logistics capacity forecasting. Review daily logistics capacity with 3PL partners for inbound and outbound operations.Vendor & Performance Management Conduct monthly reviews with transport providers to assess performance against KPIs and SLAs, including OTIF, billing accuracy, and POD compliance.Issue Resolution & VAS Monitoring Resolve logistics-related issues and monitor Value-Added Services (VAS) such as repacking and bundling.Process Improvement Identify and implement improvements across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sciences, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in Last Mile Delivery or the F&B industry.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, and HSE practices.Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in retail sales is a plus.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is requiredWhy Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic logistics operation and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high service levels.
