Our products are available nationwide through restaurant equipment dealers, designers, and contractors.Role DescriptionJust Chairs & More is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team full-time at our Lawrenceville, GA facility. The Logistics Specialist will oversee all inbound and outbound freight operations, manage carrier relationships, coordinate with internal teams and customers, handle freight claims, and schedule deliveries and pickups with our in-house drivers.ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with freight carriers and logistics partnersCommunicate proactively with internal departments and customers regarding shipment statusHandle freight claims and coordinate resolutions with carriersSchedule and dispatch company drivers for local deliveries and pickupsMonitor freight costs, optimize routes, and identify opportunities for process improvementQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsSolid understanding of freight and supply chain operationsAbility to work well under pressure and manage competing prioritiesSkilled at multitasking and coordinating multiple ongoing shipmentsAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement logistics improvementsHighly organized and detail-orientedPrevious experience in freight or shipping is a plusExperience in the furniture or hospitality industry is a plus
