And this is not just a job for us, this is our passion!For one of our partners, Swiss pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for Logistics Specialist.Role overview: In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the coordination and organization of global logistics processes, contributing to the smooth execution of our transport and distribution activities. With your expertise in freight forwarding or foreign trade, you ensure that the right products are available at the right place and at the right time. .Your Responsibilities:Handling of import and export orders, including transport coordination, documentation, deadline monitoring in compliance with QA requirements (GDP/GMP) and invoicingDaily communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, external warehouses, and internal departmentsPreparation and verification of shipping, customs, and export documentation (e.g., certificates of origin, commercial invoices)Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirementsMaintenance and updating of logistical data in the ERP system (Microsoft E365)Maintenance and updating the planning toolContribution to the continuous improvement of logistics processesRequirements:Several years of hands-on professional experience in international logistics, customer service, or foreign trade operations, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industryExcellent knowledge of customs procedures, trade agreements, rules of origin and IncotermsStrong organizational skills and a structured, independent working styleResilient, service-oriented and a team player, even under time pressureLanguages: fluent in EnglishGood IT skills, particularly in Microsoft MS Office and D365Experience in a GDP/GMP-regulated environment is an advantageThe company offers:Entrepreneurial position in a dynamic globally acting teamYour input is key and you’re a part of creating our future successClose collaboration with colleagues across the entire hierarchyShort decision processesAttractive compensation package and hybrid working conditionsIf you’re interested, send us your CV in English today!Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
