Job Details Job Title: Logistics SupervisorReport to: Last Mile Delivery ManagerSector: Logistics & DistributionBusiness Unit: Frozen SolutionsJob Purpose: Manage day to day presales deliveriesJob DimensionsNumber of staff supervised: 20 minimumKey AccountabilitiesStrategicOversee logistics outbound operations and ensure efficient supply chain processes.Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.OperationalSchedule Shipments and Deliveries, the main responsibility of a Logistics Supervisor is to oversee the transportation of products from one location to another.Maintain Warehouse Inventory, a Logistics Supervisor will study client or customer needs and manage inventory based on these needs.
