What You Will Do根据销售客户分布，制定国内运输最适配运输模式。管理物流团队，根据销售订单按期安排出运，确保交付。管理团队负责进出口操作，确保合规。记录统计运输、外仓费用，分析费用合理性，并通过项目降低物流成本。管理物流供应商绩效，保证其服务水平。识别陆运、进出口操作中的改善机会，并能促进改善措施落地，提供操作效率。制定并完善物流相关标准操作流程，对团队进行培训。跟踪团队KPI，使团队绩效持续改进。Minimum Qualifications物流管理或外贸相关专业本科及以上学历3年以上化工或机械类行业进出口管理经验国内物流模式搭建经验物流成本优化项目经验数据逻辑分析能力英语口语、书面表达能力较强的沟通能力Post: 001, 002Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
