Your focus will be on delivering high performance through strong collaboration, process development, and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities:Champion a strong safety culture with EHS standards at the coreLead and develop employees, specialists, and associatesManage headcount, activity planning, and conversion costsEnsure quality and stock count accuracy in daily operationsDrive productivity and process efficiencySupport new tasks defined by the Supply Chain DirectorYour backgroundWe imagine that you have:A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in leading teams and building effective collaboration3–5 years working with logistics systems (e.g., SAP WM-EWM)Experience in strategy creation, project management, and deploymentStrong communication and presentation skillsA proactive mindset and ownership attitudeProblem-solving abilities and change management experienceWhat’s in it for you?You’ll be an invaluable part of our global leadership team—a diverse network of pioneers guiding others to see possibilities, not problems.
