Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending June 2024 totaled $13.4 billionThe Team Lead – Logistics is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the execution of all aspects of the shipping, receiving and asset management processes. This role provides strategic leadership to logistics personnel and directs daily operational activities to optimize performance and service delivery.Responsibilities:• Own People management functions for Logistics personnel (performance reviews, etc.)• Participate in the recruitment process.• Provide desk-side assistance and mentoring to new team members. • Deliver account-specific training for new team members.• Responsible for high morale of all Logistics Technicians• Receive packages from various transportation companies.• Make sure the correct equipment is received.• Escalate frustrated cargo to the visibility of management.• Help with other functions (Asset Management, Shipping and Warehouse) and projects as necessary.• Unload trucks when necessary • Perform cycle counts (conducting inventories) • Maintain accuracy of physical and virtual inventory of all client products and assets.• Accountable for maintenance and inventory of assets and Horizon asset locations• Maintain correct allocation of inventory.• Ensure proper storage of assets. • Perform hardware swaps when needed and allocate items for shipping. • Responsible for the implementation of processes and activities related to the distribution of medical devices within the guidelines for the level of service of each customer.• Strictly adheres to the guidelines for the level of service of each customer regarding the processes and activities related to the distribution of medical devices.• Knows the main regulations on the distribution of medical devices and the requirements of the ISO 13485 standard.• Perform any ad hoc activities assigned by superior/management.• Ship orders in accordance with Horizon/Glovia procedures• Prepare and print shipping labels.• Ensure all packages go out with the correct shipping documentation.• Coordinate the loading process.• Pack the equipment in various boxes as per client’s requirements.• Help with other functions (Asset Management, Warehouse) when necessary.• To comply with the Employer's Internal Regulations on Work Discipline and all internal company acts.• To observe and comply with the Rules for Safe and Healthy Working Conditions.• To be familiar with the main legal acts in Bulgaria.• Perform special projects as assigned by management.• Monitor and process internal escalations.• Investigate issues and complaints and provide root cause analyses and resolutions to management. • Perform or assist with any Ad-Hoc reporting requests from the management team.• Assist other DSS teams when required.• Stay current on Hazardous Material and International Shipping regulations.• Accountable for all assets handled, including but not limited to, virtual tracking, physical tracking, and physical condition.• Responsible for the Physical Security and Accountability of all assigned equipment • Responsible for the implementation of processes and activities related to the distribution of medical devices within the guidelines for the level of service of each customer.• Strictly adheres to the guidelines for the level of service of each customer regarding the processes and activities related to the distribution of medical devices.• Knows the main regulations on the distribution of medical devices and the requirements of the ISO 13485 standard.• Other tasks as assigned by his reporting manager Requirements: • High school degree is a must. • A university degree (Bachelor and/or Master) is an advantage.• Experience with a warehouse management system is as an advantage.• Warehousing, shipping/receiving or any logistics related experience is an advantage.• Relevant experience: 1 - 5 years • English: B2 – Independent Upper User Level• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English• Ability to lift up to 30kg.• Basic understanding of computers and standard applications (MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word)• Quality of work:• Attention to detail and quality• Result driven mindset• Excellent organization skills – planning, prioritization, time management• Excellent problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently with little supervision.• Good teamwork skills• Exceptional leadership skills.What we offer:• Competitive salary;• Opportunity for career progression;• Young and vibrant team environment;• Social benefits package;• Professional on-boarding and on-going trainings.Are you willing to build up your career with us? - We’ll be happy to receive your resume in English!*Your personal data is secure with us.** Only candidates selected for interview will be contactedHCLTech provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by state or local laws.
