As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in protecting our assets, preventing theft, and maintaining a safe environment for our customers and employees.Monitor store activities through CCTV systems and physical patrols to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other security breachesConduct investigations into suspected shoplifting incidents and internal theftImplement and maintain loss prevention strategies and proceduresCollaborate with store management to reduce inventory shrinkage and minimize lossesApprehend and process shoplifters in accordance with company policies and local lawsPrepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentationTrain and educate store staff on loss prevention techniques and security protocolsAssist in conducting regular inventory audits and identifying discrepanciesEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to retail securityRespond to emergency situations and provide first responder assistance when necessaryQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or related fieldProficiency in surveillance techniques and operation of security systemsStrong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and retail security best practicesExcellent observation skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in report writing and documentationFamiliarity with inventory management systems and proceduresKnowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to retail securityPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly to emergenciesFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is highly desirableAdditional InformationYour Team And Working EnvironmentJoin our dedicated and vigilant team as a Loss Prevention Supervisor, where leadership, attention to detail, and safeguarding company assets are at the core of everything we do.
