Position SummarySHEIN LP is responsible for overseeing security infrastructure, risk management, data privacy, fraud prevention, governance, and regulatory compliance across SHEIN’s global footprint.We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Asset Management and Protection with extensive experience in asset management, and loss poperational securityrevention.This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, traceability, and security of the company’s physical, material and assets through the implementation of advanced control systems, audits, and corporate policies.The position plays a key role in strengthening corporate security, mitigating operational risks, and safeguarding strategic business resources.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the management, traceability, and protection of all company assets (equipment, tools, materials, and logistics resources).Design and implement Asset Management and Asset Protection strategies focused on minimizing losses, theft, and material damage.Control the entry and exit of materials, ensuring proper documentation and traceability within digital systems.Create and manage QR code labels for real-time tracking and control of company assets.Conduct periodic audits and inventory reconciliations, verifying the existence, condition, and depreciation of assets.Enforce physical and operational security protocols in compliance with corporate policies.Supervise and train both internal and external security personnel in asset control and loss prevention procedures.Perform real-time operational monitoring through CCTV, alarms, and digital patrol systems to detect and report incidents.Investigate losses or irregularities and develop corrective and preventive action plans.Collaborate with departments such as Logistics, Procurement, Audit, and Legal to strengthen the company’s patrimonial control framework.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Security, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years in patrimonial control, asset management, industrial security, o Loss Prevention.Knowledge in:Comprehensive asset management and inventory protection.Physical and digital reconciliation and auditing processes.Physical security, access control, and patrol supervision.Electronic systems (CCTV, alarms, GPS, digital rounds).Risk analysis and incident investigation.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, ERP, or asset management platforms.Language: Advanced English.Core CompetenciesOperational leadership and strategic vision.Strong analytical and results-driven mindset.Effective communication and crisis management skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.Benefits and CultureStrategic role within the Asset Protection and Security Department.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Collaborative, dynamic, and high-performance work environment.Access to advanced tools and asset management technologies.Recognition programs for outstanding contributions and process improvements.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
