THE ROLEBased in our Gibraltar office, the purpose of the Quality Assurance Manager role is to support the Head of Operations and wider compliance team in ensuring that core established processes and procedures are being upheld. The successful candidate will manage a small team to review workflows, track performance, identify gaps for potential automation, and promote continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, and who is experienced in workflow automation and process optimisation. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday each week. The role is broken down into the following areas:
Leadership & Team ManagementLead, grow and manage a small team, setting clear goals and ensuring delivery to agreed standards. Foster a culture of feedback, learning and accountability across your team and the wider department. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to support their development and performance. Quality Monitoring & AssuranceOversee the review of operational workflows (e. g player handling, fraud checks, KYC, AML, SG) to assess accuracy, process adherence, and regulatory compliance. Implement and refine quality assurance frameworks to track and report on key behaviours, errors, and trends.
Ensure monitoring covers both daily activity and thematic reviews across various operational areas. Performance AnalysisAnalyse QA outcomes to identify training needs, process inefficiencies or systemic risks. Collaborate with department leads to embed feedback loops and corrective action plans. Provide regular insights and reporting to senior management. Process OptimisationWork with Compliance and Player-facing teams to ensure operational procedures are always aligned with current regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the quality and consistency of player outcomes. Contribute to operational readiness for audits, reviews, and internal investigations.
Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a key liaison between QA, Compliance and Operations teams. Help to develop and maintain a strong internal control environment by sharing insights and promoting best practices. Take ownership of QA reporting and represent the function in cross-team initiatives. YOUR PROFILEPrevious experience in a QA, operations leadership, or compliance-focused role within iGaming. Good understanding of AML, safer gambling, fraud prevention and player protection requirements. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Experience managing people or mentoring others in a structured, performance-focused way.
Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical findings in a clear and actionable way. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Jira is a plus. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. High integrity, with a consistent and fair approach to people and process oversight.
