Job Description

For one of our clients, a wealth management firm based in Geneva, we are looking for a : ASSISTANT PORTFOLIO MANAGER Job descriptionSupport senior management in the handling of client relationships. Manage discretionary portfolios across multiple risk profiles, currencies, and asset classes. Address specific client requests and provide tailored investment solutions. Prepare bespoke client materials, including market commentaries and performance analyses. Liaise with custodian banks to arrange client-specific services (e. g. credit lines). Participate in client meetings and deliver portfolio reviews. Attend internal investment committee and portfolio management meetings. Coordinate onboarding and KYC procedures in collaboration with the Legal team.

Contribute to business development; ability to bring clients is a plus. Required profileFluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage. At least 2 years of experience in wealth or portfolio management. Knowledge of private investments is an asset. Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and team spirit. Comfortable in a dynamic, high-expectation environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Precise, detail-oriented, and dependable. Flexible, proactive, and client-focused with excellent presentation skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg tools.
