About the roleTo increase market share and strategically grow the business in the new energy and renewable energy (Roof top solar\ Windfarm) EV-Charger, HVAC, OEM (Lift, Machinery, and other industries). You will be responsible for the strategic sales and business development plans and activities. You will also work together with other sales and marketing professionals locally from local partners. You will have a great opportunity to utilize your existing industry networks and contribute your skillsets in business development, strategic thinking, and sales. Responsibilities. Develop and execute the strategic sales plan to grow market share within key industries, including Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind), EV-Charging, HVAC, and OEM (Lifts, Machinery).Continuously analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory policies to identify new business opportunities and market niches.Drive top-line revenue by acquiring new customers, developing existing accounts, and achieving agreed-upon sales targets.Work with technical teams to develop and promote complete LV product solutions that meet specific customer needs.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, in accordance with company guidelines to close deals.Perform hands-on sales activities, including customer visits
