Job Description

Low Voltage Sales Responsibilities.- Develop and execute the strategic sales plan to grow market share within key industries, includingRenewable Energy (Solar/Wind), EV-Charging, HVAC, and OEM (Lifts, Machinery).- Continuously analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory policies to identify new businessopportunities and market niches.- Drive top-line revenue by acquiring new customers, developing existing accounts, and achieving agreed-uponsales targets.- Work with technical teams to develop and promote complete LV product solutions that meet specificcustomer needs.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.- Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, in accordance with company guidelines to closedeals.- Perform hands-on sales activities, including customer visits, presentations, and organizing promotionalevents to enhance brand awareness.Requirements and competencies necessary for the position- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic sales and business development, specifically in the Low Voltage(LV) electrical products sector.- Proven track record and an established network in one or more of these key industries: Renewable Energy(Solar/Wind), EV-Charging, HVAC, or OEM (Lifts, Machinery).- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful market growth strategies and achieve sales targets.- Strong experience in contract negotiation, including pricing and commercial terms.- Technical aptitude to understand product applications and collaborate with technical teams on solutiondevelopment.- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience working with internationalheadquarters.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to drive new business.- Professional writing, speaking and presentation, and negotiation skills are a must.- Strong passion for delivering results and having attention to detail especially with understanding thecustomer’s real requirements.- Ability to travel within Nordic Region frequency.
