Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining HR processes, analyzing data, and generating insights through advanced Excel functions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of HR operations.

ResponsibilitiesPayroll functionsData entry and preliminary review of all payroll processesPerform frequent internal audits to ensure reporting accuracyRecord all payroll information in our secure database(s)Track payroll anomaliesEnsure accurate pay rates and timely paymentsUtilize advanced Excel functions to analyze HR data and generate insightful reports. Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data by developing robust data validation processes. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations. Stay updated on the latest Excel features and recommend their application to enhance HR processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data into broader organizational analyses.

Tracks info to ensure company compliance with requirements under FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc. and reporting. Creates, interprets, and analyzes reports on HR metrics and analytics. Reports to the Director of Human ResourcesEducation & CertificationBachelor’s degreeCertification in Microsoft Excel or related areas. Experience with HR software and systems.
