What’s the role?Lumon has a long-standing presence in Western Europe, where we’ve successfully established hundreds of partnerships over the past 25 years. We’re now looking to replicate this success in the Eastern Mediterranean and have selected Cyprus and Greece as our next key markets for expansion. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll be empowered to build our entire Cypriot and Greek operations, an opportunity that rarely comes to market and one that we believe will be career-defining.
From your very first day, you’ll be working closely with our Senior Leadership and Executive Teams to bring your strategy and operating plan to life, ensuring we’re always strengthening existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and driving initiatives to define Lumon’s presence and reputation in the local market. International expansion is one of our key strategic initiatives, so you can be certain that you’ll have an outsized impact on Lumon’s success and be at the forefront of our growth story in one of the world’s most exciting real estate and foreign exchange markets.

What does this actually mean?Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish local operations and drive rapid growthDesign and implement initiatives to improve Lumon’s market positioning and visibility within the Cypriot and Greek real estate marketsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiativesBuild a high performing team that are positive ambassadors of Lumon and provide exceptional service to our partners and clientsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategyIdentify and secure new partnerships with real estate agencies and other key targets (law firms, relocation agencies, etc)Deepen relationships with existing partners to maximise collaboration and revenue opportunitiesAct as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Lumon’s operations in Cyprus and GreeceBe a key member of the Private Leadership Team – reporting to the Managing DirectorWhat else do I need to be successful in this role?Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership, ideally within the foreign exchange or real estate sectorsStrong understanding of the Cypriot market, including industry trends and key playersDemonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable resultsA true self-starter mindset - somebody who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a differenceExcellent relationship management skills to engage and inspire partners, stakeholders, and internal teamsExceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Greek and EnglishExperience working in international, multi-site environmentsEntrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and innovation.
