As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Head of Sales / Sales Director to set direction, so we can excel even further. As our Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will be the architect of our entire sales function.

Your mission is to design and execute a distribution sales strategy, building and leading team members across Sales (Inside), a newly established Field Sales team, and strengthening our Sales Enablement capabilities. You will be directly responsible for creating the strategy and operational framework for a tiered partner programme and ensuring its successful rollout across our current and future markets. What will you do?Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and partnership strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets - and scale to other markets.

Define the optimal channel mix, establish budgets, and create a hiring roadmap to build a world-class sales organization. Proactively look for opportunities and initiatives to drive more sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals and closely collaborate with stakeholders throughout the funnel. Implement and refine scalable sales processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, develop and drive high-performance teams in the Sales department.

Foster a high-performance sales culture through effective coaching, people development and performance management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Welcoming, Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies, lead generation, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Who You AreA Proven Commercial Builder: You have a demonstrated track record of building B2B sales functions from an early stage. You are an architect who creates structure and process where none existed before. Strategic & Analytical: You excel at turning business goals into a tangible plan. You are data-driven, using financial models and sales metrics to ensure predictable outcomes and accurate forecasts.

A Partnership Pioneer: You have deep, hands-on experience creating and scaling channel or partnership programs that drive significant revenue. An Inspirational, Hands-On Leader: You are a hands-on leader who doesn’t just manage from a dashboard. You roll up your sleeves to help your team win, earning credibility by coaching them through complex sales cycles and joining key customer negotiations. You have a passion for developing sales talent. Operationally Excellent: You have a mastery of modern sales operations, CRM systems, and the metrics that drive a successful sales funnel.
