The day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional service to customers, guiding them through the selection and purchase process of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about inventory and product features, conducting test drives, preparing and processing paperwork, and meeting sales targets and deadlines.QualificationsSales and customer service skills, including experience in a luxury automotive dealershipStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientsTime management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyKnowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, features, and industry trendsProficiency in using dealership management software and basic computer skillsSelf-motivated with a passion for the automotive industry and achieving sales goalsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as neededValid driver's license and clean driving record
