We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Part of the Lombard Odier Group, Lombard Odier Corporate Advisory supports business owners in their strategic M&A decisions, succession planning and family governance.M&A Intern - 6 monthsYour Role :Support the Corporate Advisory team on M&A and corporate finance mandates across sell-side, buy-side and valuation engagementsParticipate in a broad range of tasks including company and market research, preparation of proposals/pitches and transaction documents (teasers, information memoranda, financial analyses, etc.)Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation materials under the supervision of Analyst and AssociateContribute to the commercial effort of the team through industry research and preparation of meeting materialsEnsure rigorous follow-up of internal workstreams and deliverables with proactivity and strong attention to detailLiaise with internal partners and departments to support the delivery of timely and accurate information for clients and prospectsYour Profile :University student enrolled in a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree programPerson willing to work in an agile and collaborative environmentStrong numerical and analytical capabilities, including understanding of financial statements analysis, valuation and modelling conceptsExcellent writing, communication and presentation skillsVery good team spirit, reliability and sense of client serviceDiligent, autonomous and able to multitask effectivelyVery good IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPointStrong sense of confidentialityVery good level of English and French.
