The team of senior experts provides buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising advisory to leading corporates, investors, and innovators in the energy transition space.Key Responsibilities:Support execution of M&A mandates across Cleantech and RenewablesPrepare financial models, valuations, pitch materials, and transaction documentationConduct due diligence, market research, and competitive benchmarkingCoordinate with clients, investors, and stakeholders during transaction processesContribute to origination through sector mapping and pipeline developmentCandidate Requirements:2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisoryStrong technical background in financial modelling and valuationDemonstrated interest in Cleantech, Renewables, and Energy TransitionFluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essentialSelf-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skillsOpportunity:Work directly with senior partners on high-profile M&A transactions in a fast-growing sectorExposure to international clients and cross-border deals in Cleantech and RenewablesJoin a Frankfurt-based specialist boutique with entrepreneurial culture and growth trajectoryBe part of one of Germany’s first-mover teams in sustainable finance
