From day one, you’ll learn on the job, teaming up with experienced project leaders and partners as an integral part of our international team. Your role:As an M&A Junior Analyst, you’ll support the team throughout all stages of the deal process. You’ll conduct market and company research, assist in preparing financial analyses and presentations, and help draft client materials such as teasers and information memoranda.You will gain exposure to live transactions and interact with colleagues and clients from various sectors, developing a deep understanding of the M&A advisory process. You’ll be an excellent fit if:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or ManagementYou are at the start of your career (internships or up to 6 months of experience welcome)You are fluent in Portuguese and English, and ideally based in (or willing to move to) the Cascais areaYou have an analytical mindset and a strong grasp of financial and quantitative conceptsYou’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learnYou have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment What we offer:A unique opportunity to grow within a small, supportive office where your contributions matter.
