You’ll actively participate in financial modeling and valuation workstreams, oversee the preparation of client deliverables, and coordinate junior team members. You’ll engage directly with clients, due diligence processes, and strategic discussions, gaining first-hand exposure to complex cross-border transactions. You’ll be an excellent fit if:You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or ManagementYou have more than 2 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or ConsultingYou are fluent in Portuguese and English, and preferably based in or willing to relocate to CascaisYou have strong financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detailYou are commercially minded, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams independentlyYou have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative attitude What we offer:A chance to take ownership of key parts of the deal process within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
