Our Transaction Services team (which is a part of the Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory Team) is specialized in providing in-depth transaction support services, especially M&A advisory to private equity investors, international funds, and other interested parties.Your role as a Business Analyst/Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development, act as a brand ambassador, and grasp opportunities to make an impact that matters, by delivering exceptional client services.During your tenure as a Business Analyst/Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data, using standard tools and data visualizations to help surface insightsGather data to allow team to effectively evaluate potential and realized synergies to support post-integration/divestiture effortsGather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendationsHelp teams compile early stage diligence findings to support potential transactionsPrepare parts or complete presentations, oriented to detailManage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experienceUnderstand the mechanics of various financial analyses performed in a diligence engagement and organize information accordinglyComply with risk rules and frames, as well as confidentiality guidelines to deliver astonishing results that meet clients’ highest quality standardsShare knowledge and experiences to support the development of peers and juniorInteract effectively with people across all levels, including leaders, teams andOperate as a brand ambassador to uphold Deloitte’s value proposition of high-quality and professionalism #WinningRequirementsTo qualify for the role you must have:1-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in transaction advisory services within an international professional services firm or another Big 4 environmentUniversity Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplinesPostgraduate Degree and/or professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, ACA would be an assetAbility to operate in high performing teams and manage multiple priorities and tasks, for a variety of projects, in a fast-paced environmentStrong presentation and communication skills. Excellent command of the English & Greek language, both verbally and in writingAnalytical thinking & problem solving skillsComputer Literacy.
