This role involves working closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver impactful and cohesive design solutions. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage design projects from conceptualization to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop and implement creative strategies and design concepts. Ensure designs meet branding guidelines and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to junior designers. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes. Review and approve design elements before final production. QualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role, with 2 years in a leadership position. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles. Good command in English language.
