Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events in collaboration with Sales, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams. Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution stages. Conduct detailed site inspections, pre-event meetings, and post-event evaluations. Ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless handover to all departments. Anticipate potential issues and resolve them professionally and calmly. Continuously improve service standards, operational processes, and guest satisfaction. Embrace flexibility in adapting to guest needs, last-minute changes, or high-pressure situations.
QualificationsProven experience in event planning or catering operations in a hotel or resort environment (minimum 3 years). Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to turn challenges into opportunities and maintain grace under pressure. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Hyper-collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-departmental teamwork.
