Company DescriptionMövenpick Resort Phan Thiet is located in a prime location on Hon Gio street, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. The resort is located near the romantic beach, with a long stretch of fine white sand and emerald green sea water, bringing visitors beautiful natural scenery and fresh, cool atmosphere. Job DescriptionThe Management Trainee program is designed to provide aspiring hospitality professionals with practical experience and exposure to key operational departments in a resort environment. The trainee will develop foundational skills and gain insights into hotel operations under the guidance of an assigned mentor.

Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in on-the-job training within key departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and KitchenSupport daily operations and assist team members in delivering high-quality guest servicesLearn standard operating procedures and contribute to departmental goalsCollaborate with team leaders and supervisors on assigned tasks or projectsAttend departmental briefings, training sessions, and cross-functional activitiesMaintain professional behavior, grooming, and punctuality as per company standardsComplete a final report or presentation summarizing the internship experience (if required)Fluent in Russian, English and VietnameseDepartment ExposureTrainees will rotate or be assigned to key operational areas based on organizational needs and trainee interests, including:

Front OfficeHousekeepingFood & Beverage (Restaurant/Bar)KitchenEach trainee will be assigned a direct supervisor or mentor to provide support, guidance, and regular feedback throughout the internship. At the end of the internship period, the supervisor will complete an evaluation form to assess performance, strengths, and areas for improvement. Feedback will be shared with the trainee for development purposes.

QualificationsFinal-year student or recent graduate from a hospitality or tourism-related programGood communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptabilityWilling to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysPrior internship experience is a plus but not requiredAllowance And BenefitsMonthly allowance: To be discussed during the interviewAccommodation: Provided (either in-house or at staff dormitory)Meals: Provided at staff canteen
