The M365 Technical Consultant will provide expert technical support and advisory services to clients, assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues, and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft 365 tools and services. Responsibilities include performing technical consultations to address client requirements, providing proactive IT solutions, participating in technical projects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results that align with business objectives.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindsetExperience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting client issuesProficiency in Consulting and client engagement to address business needs effectivelyFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 suite and its various applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredExperience with federal or commercial IT operations is an advantageRelevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or similar are a plus
